Onboarding Protocols

We have implemented a range of protocols to ensure all passengers have a safe and enjoyable experience on our cruises.

Duration: The water taxi ride has an approximate duration of 30-75 minutes depending on the destination. The Water Taxi departs from 4 locations : Senate-Shaw Centre, Canal Ritz, Bank Street Bridge-Lansdowne and Dow's lake Pavilion.

Arrival Time: To ensure timely departure, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Tickets: To purchase tickets, make your way to the pick up locations according to the schedule. First come first serve.

Boat Capacity: The Water Taxi has a capacity of a maximum of 12 passengers.

Accessibility: Our cruises are wheelchair accessible, and detailed accessibility protocols can be found on our website at ottawaboatcruise.com/accessibility. Small and service dogs/cats are also welcome on board.
